Interview with Flavio Salvaje musician from Switzerland

About Handpan
I had a short conversation with Flavio Salvaje from Switzerland. It was wonderful. I have got some information about this instrumental and want to show you our dialogue.
Azad: Flavio! Can I ask you about your instruments?
Flavio: Hey! Yeah sure! I’m totally into that topic!
Azad: What is its name?
Flavio: Handpan.
Azad: Originally is from where?
Flavio: Switzerland.
Azad: Amazing!
Flavio: Its inspired from the steeldrums from trinidad. But its such a different instrument. So in 2000 Felix Rohner created the very first handpan in Bern city.
Azad: Oh Yes! So wonderful!
Flavio: His company is called Panart and for few years they were the only ones building it worldwide. So nowadays there are a lot of makers.
Azad: Fantastic!
Flavio: And some are much much better then panart.
Azad: Panart? Can you say how I can listen the sound of Handpan? Have you a clip from yourself?

Azad: Now, The Handpan is Switzerland tradition instrumental?
Flavio: No! Not at all...It was invented here but its a very niche instrument. It is very popular in spiritual community and yoga. And people who line to feel tend to appreciate the sound of the Handpan a lot. Who like*.Like to feel feelings.
Azad: Can I ask you where and when you learned that? If you don’t want,say anything.
Flavio: Here in Switzerland and by msyelf.

Flavio: Ha nice! I have certainly raised from the ashes 100 times!
Azad: Good! It is a rare and special feature of yours.
Flavio: Well I would say its getting popular as we are burning down everything... Not a lot to choose but raising from the ashes.
