  1. please present yourself (Name, education, job, Civil status and...)

I am Shkumbin Miftari, by profession I am a professor of the Accordion instrument.

  1. what is your artistic specialize? And please give more information about that for example history and Origin and place of birth of this instrument.

- I am a graduated accordionist, instrumentalist and also a dedicated musician in different countries. I am giving you some initial information about the instrument, the accordion as an instrument was created by Cyrill Demian on 25/05/1829 as the official date.
Cyrill Demian was born in Austria but he was of Armenian descent.
The accordion is a relatively new instrument, it works with air and percussion, there are also several types of accordions, we have accordions with keys and buttons.

  1. When and How did you become interested in this field of art?

- The love for instrument and music was born a long time ago, from the age of 9 where I continued my education in the music school, I finished high school, Bachelor and Professional Master in Accordion specialty and since then I still continue to read, study, perform and all the time I am accompanied by the instrument and music.

  1. Who was your motivator?
    - My main motivation has undoubtedly been my great love for the instrument.
Alsp without question family are my main motivation.

  1. What was your parents reaction?
    - While I had the main and very strong support of my family, without a doubt the reaction was good and expected.

  1. when started you such as a professional artist?
    - From the age of 9 I started taking lessons only on the Accordion instrument, but over time, out of desire and love for music, and the endless path that music offers I began to learn other instruments which I still play today excellently, such as Piano, Guitar, Clarinet, Percussion and Singing as a special passion.
But without a doubt I feel like a professional artist always when I have the accordion instrument in my arms, where in every opening and closing of the bellows an indescribable magic is conveyed.

  1. Are you thankful and happy because of your activities as an artist?
I definitely feel very happy in the profession I do and the contribution I try to give to the new generations, because without a doubt when the profession, passion and great love for work come together then the colors of art become endless.

  1. How you see the view?
    - This is a very interesting question. Referring mainly to my country, but also to the region in general. Because somehow the situation in these countries remains more or less the same. I can not say that our country leads an developed artistic life. But what I see and feel is an inevitable lack of artistic and cultural life. Numerous concerts are missing, scientific events are missing, exhibitions are missing. I do not want to look pessimistic, but all the events I mentioned above are just a few. And that's somewhat scary for the younger generations. The concept of music is becoming day by day as something that anyone can touch and experience. We do not have a specific professional classification to separate the educated musicians from the ones who are not. Here in our country, the professional structure with amateurs has already started to mix. I would like this perception of mine, in the next decade to change completely. But looking at the flow of things I have the impression that even if we do another interview after a decade we will repeat things. However, this artistic community, few in number and taste will always try to give something worthy of the good for our people and its circle. We hope and believe that things will change for the better.

  1. Can you become one part of the artistic movement for motivation in youth or new generation in your country and so than? For example by developing in other place of the world?

- Of course this is a desire and ambition that is watered every day. I am working with the younger generations and in a way I am part of a youth artistic movement for my country. In the eyes of the new generations I see a lot of will, desire, but above all I see how many talents our country has, the Republic of Kosovo. During my studies in Albania, I always thought of doing something for my hometown. And fortunately, today I own a Private School of Music, Art and Ballet named "Art Vision", where we give various lessons about music and not only. There I face every day young talents, who have strong tendencies in music. It would certainly be something impressive if this School would have success in international levels as well. Artistic passion and desire are there, but it will also depend on the support that our country will give us.

  1. How can you help our world become a better place to live?

- In the first place to help the world then everyone should be in the right place and profession, for the world to be helped by those who are capable in their actions. The artistic community has always seen the world from a different perspective, I would say more colorful. Consequently, the first to bring about an emotional and psychological peace are sounds and those who produce them. If each of us tries to produce beautiful emotional and artistic colors we have already entered into the aid of a more peaceful world. Wanting to be more concrete in what I described above I am presenting an artistic progress for my country. Each of us claims a world with many elements that will help humanity. However, I think that in the first place we should help our country which is certainly part of the world. By cleaning our yard, we will begin to look outside it as well. In this context, I, as a young and professional musician, always try to serve my city, concerts, projects and events that give full colour to the life around us. Art and music have been and remain the most worthy companions in difficult days. We are weighing this best in the time of COVID-19.

  1. Have you more word to say or a suggest for our readers?

- My suggestion would be for children, pupils, students and parents if you want your children and you to feel a special feeling that only art and music will give you, then please be as close as possible to the real art.
And without a doubt I would like everyone to experience the love that an instrument offers, especially the embrace that only the Accordion instrument offers.
