I took some data about James Watt from Wikipedia:

was a Scottish inventor, mechanical engineer, and chemist who improved on Thomas Newcomen's 1712 Newcomen steam engine with his Watt steam engine in 1776, which was fundamental to the changes brought by the Industrial Revolution in both his native Great Britain and the rest of the world.(Wikipedia)

Peter Savage is my close friend. He is a wise and understanding man. I'm glad to have him. I want him to fall in love as soon as possible and have a child.

I prefer you to read our writing interview. I wish good luck to the great British people who dedicated parliamentary System and the Industrial Revolution and Edward Jenner to humanity.

And The Beatles and The Rolling Stones.

I wish my dear friend Peter a long life with happiness and success.

Thank you!

  1. Please present yourself (Name, education, Civil status and…)

.Hi, my name is Peter Savage and I am from the Northwest of England.

I am 39, yes I feel and I probably act more like 28 years of age at times, unfortunately. Let I tell you a story and a little bit about myself! Not doing so well throughout my schooling at a young age into my teen life…

I was told not getting good grades and not doing so well in school, you wouldn’t be able to achieve at a high standard of living, because being a dropout, and when I say being a dropout, I mean not getting good grades and caring about the grades you get!

I always thought it meant to be more likely that I was going to struggle throughout my adult live with no prospects. And YES part of this, might be true to some people but I find it doesn’t have to be like this for everyone!

I know Data shows that it could mean you would earn significantly less money than college and university graduates. But I think this is untrue and yes, academically I had to face being Dyslexic and having a speech impediment, I know right…But not being the product of this, was my first step! I may not be the most intelligent guy but what separates me with this is the ability to never quit, no matter how difficult or frustrating it is but finding solution what separated you from everyone else to succeed.

So what I am trying to say here…

I had to learn to think outside the box and be creative. Well, by setting goals and achieving them without quitting no matter the struggle. It is not always what it says on the piece of paper but the skills you learn and what you keep for life. There has been a few changes in my life when it comes to working…I have coached kids outdoor pursuits with learning needs and unfortunate kids. This, I still do here and there. I also helped the company's with back-office systems and providing training in the electric vehicle industry. But I am Digital Marketer by heart and this is where my passion to see those be successful, seeing, learning and being implemented in their own lives.

  1. What is your specialize?

.Happiness, right...That's what we all drive for in life! My core values and they have always been simple...They are to love and to trust people, even those I don't know, never passing judgement. Being compassionate and showing empathy, I can relate too in my own life. Showing that life is there to be enjoyed the best way we can, whatever hand we are given. Knowing its always a journey, I always counted myself lucky to be a fun-loving guy with the smile and laughter, making others feel good, emotionally and in there ability's. I kind of get massive BUZZ, not going to lie here…

Like for example, when I see someone say “they can’t do it”, like its impossible and giving them belief it is possible, and seeing their reaction.

Seeing their face thinking to themselves, “Wow, how did I really do that?” showing that learning and growth, nothing is impossible.

  1. When and how did you become interested in this field of work-job?

.As you already know by now, I struggle in school. Seeing all my friends take them an hour to complete their school work and me taking so long to complete mine, hours later.

This is something that took me a long time to release, My mindset was only one way, knowing I wasn't intelligent to match anyone else’s but martial arts have shown me. I could do anything physical, pushing my body where people would give up and reaching my goal at a very young age of 14 becoming a first black belt in the area of Cheshire.

Realising that if I could do this with my mind and learning what difficult overtime…This could be possible right? And I am not saying we all don’t hit brick walls in life…

But there are always solutions for everything and as a saying goes, “We all come across a brink wall from time to time.” And we could just walk around this helplessly, right...Or?

You can smash through it or another option to climb..! I love climbing, so you can see what my option would be!

So with this, what makes it interested with the work what I do, is to find a solution to problems...and if you’re like me it’s simple but not easy and sometimes it’s ok not to be ok with frustration what I have had to endure but nothing is impossible. But patience is a skill that we can learn and having only one outcome in mind. Personally and Professionally, I took more risks and did things with worry, not knowing how I might be perceived and started down paths without knowing where they would lead, fear of the unknown right but knowing that helping people or businesses to my best ability, there was my passion.

4- Who was your motivator? For me this is simple…

.Surround yourself with great people and you will surround yourself with great motivation.

It should be no surprise that my motivation and what inspires me… Was friends and family but my inspiration also comes from the likes of Alert Einstein and Marcus Aurelius ...Choosing to learn something new every day. As the best quote I have ever come across was from Marcus Aurelius what I will stand by always...

“Love nothing but that which comes to you woven in the pattern of your destiny. For what could more aptly fit your needs?”

Being success isn't about just money but having passion, health, society, joy and these are worth working hard towards in life. Adaptability is the key, making the most of every moment and have fun where possible.

Waiting for a time as time passes drifting through life without having the purpose isn't life anyone should have to go through. And showing life is better if you change your mindset you can achieve the most beautiful things in life, adding more value...I never stopped to looking around or moving forward…only stopping when I was low in my life where I pushed myself to get out of my comfort zone, even when I didn't feel like it.

By changing my mindset knowing I loved climbing and hadn't done this for some time since and how good it felt to get to the top “Never giving up, pushing yourself mentally and physically”.

And this gets scary at times when soloing...I remember just stopping for a moment and looking around before getting to the rock face, where I have climbed many times before and thinking how beautiful and how kind nature really is, how much I have to offer in my life.

Never feeling so alive!

5- What was your parents’ reaction?

.My parents were pretty good, but no parents are perfect, right! But there will always be love no matter your choices in life regardless of their thoughts and feelings not one person in their lives doesn’t want you or children to be successful but they see failure as a big risk and that is learnt and I completely understand this.

as a teenager, I find it more difficult to talk to my parents about issues, maybe it was fear of their reaction...But I came to realise it's perfectly normal! I was always a little bit of a free spirit anyway but no matter what happens they would be always proud. This I know.

6- When started you such as a professional Digital Marketer?

.Well one of the most important factors to be successful in anything, will be making sure my expectations, understanding of the business paths and strategy are aligned with my goals and values, having the confidence what was needed to be done to succeed.

There is no better way to gain this perspective than from the ones who have been down the same path before us with clarity and focus, we all deserve to hit the ground running.

Everyone has something they can bring what relates to someone else…

In the world of online, if you can help someone or business and solve their problem, they don't care about qualifications. Just that you can help them and find a way for a solution, regardless of what it is.

7- Are you thankful and happy because of your activities such as a digital marketer that helps those with fear of starting own business and genuine solutions to learn digital skills?

.I always keep thinking, what their lives can realistically look like, if I could help achieve success and more importantly happy and fulfilled life. Connecting with everyone through their fears, pain and knowing it’s OK not be OK sometimes because we all have that dark side of fear we all face in life. We all have been there one way or another, feeling helpless, broke and fearing of the unknown when things go bad or thinking “what if it doesn't work”. There’s always someone there without realising it, in this position every day. On the flip side of this, there is a person(s) out there with compassion, Love, empathy and finding happiness within us, showing that there is always light at the end of the tunnel...If we just keep moving forward. I am great believer…That only good things come, when pushed out of your comfort zone. So completely selfishly….I wants to see everyone succeed in their lives and be better, reaching their own dreams and aspirations, reaching their true potential. Because I believe there’s a bigger force than ourselves and it’s something, I can’t explain. I am not so spiritual but I am open-minded. And I feel the more positive energy we give off, the more we’ll receive!

So back to the QUESTION:

My answer will be always a YES, with gratitude.

8- Please explain: What is connecting of Digital Marketing and economy?

.We Know the world is changing and more quickly than we realise, with opportunities to connect with the Worldwide Web. Digital Marketing refers to an economy based on digital computing technologies, although we increasingly realising this as conducting business through markets based on the internet. The digital economy is also referred to as the Internet Economy on the web, meaning structure or conditions of economic life in a country, area or period and also known as the economic system.

The question to what is the connection economy? The connection economy rewards value created by building relationships and connections, rather than assets and “stuff,” like the industrial economy.

9- What is your view about the economy and culture?

.Personally, I think the world is changing in all aspects! And with Covid-19 happening as we speak, it’s hard to think there’s people losing lives, going through illness, unemployment or jobs being put at risk and businesses struggling to stay open. We are all in it together...We all have been or going through lock-down at the moment and with mental health issues, what everyone faced or facing. Especial the ones how have had to face this being alone at home, what I can relate too! According to a survey I saw, adults which took place during lock-down 2 – 3 weeks in April; one in four said “they had feelings of loneliness”, in the previous two weeks. When the same question was asked shortly before lock-down, just one in ten people said they had these feelings. In a matter of weeks, social distancing left billions more people feeling isolated. Crazy to think this was faced by every one of us round the world and this isn’t cool…But through our economy, regardless of our race, age or sex we are facing this together and only true straight comes when we all reunite together and let us not lose sight of the lessons we can learn, what has happened over the months…The ways we can help and the opportunities each of us have everyday to look out for one another and to create a stronger, more stable and equitable economy.

10- I come back to you, how you see the view about your work?

.Honestly, its pleasure…

I feel that, I am the lucky one who can proudly say I am 100% passionate about what I do and which I am good at, also feeling for me, a good career choice. Knowing I can be myself anywhere in the world as long as I have internet and for those who know me. I have been to some amazing places with many experiences and cultures. It sometimes doesn’t feel like I am working and happy staying up till early hours of the morning helping those who need it. I live alone so this suits me. Learning new skills, helping those who wish to have my help with the knowledge I hold honestly and with integrity.

It just helps to connect with the purpose of what I do and to see the difference what it’s making in everyone’s lives. I am not saying I know all the answers but if I have a question what I don't know the answer too, I would be honest and go find it…It is always simple to find answers through systems, tools and resources available, what anyone can do for themselves but sometimes not easy. Again being honest here…

11- Can you become one part of the cultural movement for motivation in youth or new generation in your country and so then?

.We are that older generation to show guidance to the younger generations…And it’s a serious question and why can’t we make it better? and we know cultural movement for motivation in our youth and the new generation before them… It’s funny to know having that mindset they have it easy than we did and this is learnt behaviour passed down through generations. With new technology at our fingertips…And my parents always saying, “We never had that, when we were kids.”

Referencing, we never see kids playing outside with games like skipping or playing kerby etc. I do love “Kerby”, Wow I am showing my age here…

Because in the world they are seen by many as lazy, what I don't see to be accurate. In fact, the opposite is true...We can choose to look at them in a completely different way, having coached kids in actives and businesses with apprentice’s indifferent companies.

And we all have been that age when getting your first job and trying to be engage as younger generations to perform at a higher level. Why can’t we make it better? And we know cultural movement for motivation in our youth and the new generation before them…

It’s funny to know having that mindset they have it easy than we did and this is learnt behaviour passed down through generations, with new technology at our fingertips…

It seems that people manage to find a way to complain about the youth today from every possible angle. Whether in newspapers, television shows, or even general chit-chat…

I think the young seem to be everyone’s favourite scapegoats.

People may claim that the young are getting rowdier or have become ruder than the ‘good old days’, when they showed respect to their elders.

The ‘good old days’ refer to people’s memories of the past.

Really, have there ever been any ‘good old days’ when it comes to younger generation. Could there be any truth to the claims that today’s young generation is the worst ever? Or are these complaints something which every young generation simply deal with, as we did. I believe no one’s perfect, regardless of the generation we are in. Hoping as we get older, we don’t forget this…I believe that there is probably some truth to why the older generation have this idea that young people are lazier than they once were. Isn’t this obvious, though? We live in the connected world of the internet where there’s a lot of information right at our fingertips…Technology has enabled us to do things more quickly so realistically, we do want things to be done more quickly. This doesn’t just apply to just the young people though, but thinking, this applies to us all!

Think we all have a part to play in today’s society but I must say this, there are generations who care deeply about global issues and they're determined to tackle them.Through building positive relationships, this is what I have learnt myself because the young generation don’t really care what you know until they know you care.

We all know what it felt like because we were young once before…

Helping the youth set goals and to me that am important to start empowering the young generation to take ownership of their learning and applying what they learn to all areas of life.

12- How can you help our world to become a better place for living?

.I would like to touch on a little bit, regarding Fear…

Yes, it’s more to do with our successes and dreams but fear comes with this. No one enjoys the fear of failing but remember it is like riding a bike as a kid. You fall off but you just keep getting up and you try harder not to fall. Yes this comes with frustration but when you find yourself riding and not falling. I remember having an amazing feeling and this is the same as achieving success. Riding a bike is just like life. It is OK to be scared and it is OK not to be OK. Fear is something you want to achieve and what you want more than anything and being scared isn’t permanent. It is just your mind saying “what if and what could happen”!

But you can change this no matter your challenges. If you sit and do nothing and we will not achieve anything. This isn’t much fun when you have nothing to show for it. How you survive failure is to solve problems and whether you have any struggles in life. You can learn knowing we can always find a way no matter what, that is the answer to solving questions. Fear can be overcome by not fearing it too much but at the same time being scared can be good because it makes you human.

You don’t need to be the smartest in the world and that’s OK. But never giving up on your dreams, that is my answer to you to succeed in whatever you do!

13- Have you more word to say or suggest for our readers?

.I would like to share my ideal day and this is something I did when setting my goals to start achieving success in my life, with the reasons why I do, what I do every day when I ever feel like giving up.

Telling myself that's the reason why I wake up every morning…

Knowing this will happen for me if I keep moving forward. MY IDEAL DAY Peter Savage

I would wake up next to my beautiful girlfriend, looking into her amazing eyes, with the biggest smile feeling blessed to be with someone with such an amazing heart. Always thinking it’s the little things in life, that truly make you happy. We would cuddle thinking how lucky we are. After that, we would then meditate for 10 minutes, having clear-mind ready for the day ahead. We would have at least an hour workout in the morning. I and my girlfriend would make breakfast, making it the most important meal of the day, feeling full and content. Being blessed with what nature has provided for us. Once breakfast was made, then we would open the French patio doors, giving us such an amazing view. Where we would eat breakfast with our two French bulldogs called Stitch and Angel, sitting beside us, while the sun rises. Once finished, I would wash the dishes, as I don't see this as a chore as all would be done equally. I would be ready for the day ahead.

I would start my working day on my laptop, looking at how-to improve visual content and websites by making it stand out by giving it wow factor to customers and business alike, this would be like watching your things on YouTube and we are all guilty of this. Then I when edit video contact what I would post twice a week giving personal value to those would like to listen to my personal experiences and showing insight of my day to day life on how to start becoming more confident within yourself regardless of your age, race, sex or learning impairments. Because we are all the same with our thoughts, emotions and how we can change for the better if we start to change the outcome if you believe.

I would show the world its OK not to be OK, giving an understanding that no one is perfect but we all have something within us to improve the situation, like debts, relationships, everyday life and how to improve them in times of difficulty and change. I would relate to my story's of encouragement, I was never academic and struggled, not able to get good grades and so many people out there can relate to.

Being told that unfortunately you’re not going to do that well in life and believing it, I never would be able pro-form in being successful because I didn't start believing it but instead of dwelling I started to show what I was good at and it was caring and understanding people. This channel would show that nothing really matter only happiness and we all bring something different to the table in life, giving self-value and own personal skills.

Remembering that its all about short term hardship for long-time gains, whether its health, debts or just feeling better with yourself that thing can improve if you really what it.

I would take little time out from this by taking my loved one out for lunch, by eating out supporting local business. We would share what we have been working on and sharing the high lights but importantly giving all-weather its ups and downs. Always being true and honest, enjoying the time with someone who makes me feel amazing inside. After we had finished our lunch, we would leave the restaurant taking a nice stroll, walking the pooches around town to a lake, taking in the senary being grateful life is worth living, talking about our plans together whether it would be having a family of our own or getting married, going on holidays, seeing family and friends. Returning home hours later, I would check my emails and messages, responding to customers or businesses. While checking my work before posting online what I had achieved earlier that day. Also catching up on training developing skills and attending webinars and fundamentally talking to the family (The Community) helping where I can and being a little bit of fun, joy and happiness. I would then take the time out with my girlfriend to video call and catch up with family and friends before we would spend the rest of the day together with the pooches. In the evening I would cook an amazing meal what doesn't just look good with so many colours but tastes outer this world, with some health benefits for a healthy body and mind. OK, with one glass of wine around a fire, while talking about everything and anything while looking at the stars, thinking the universe was kind to let us find each other when we thought it was impossible. Afterwards settling in bed watching a movie, snuggling up relaxed and being happy that we have each other. Because we have a saying “whatever it takes”!, Drifting off with the sense of joy this was written some time ago, so grammar isn't perfect nor I have change it, keeping it honest and true at the time of when it was written. I do believe everyone should write something, weather its list of your dreams or 100 things to do before you die but if you are like me writing down your ideal day and work towards, with little steps to make it happen. I know there was a lot here but I would like to show my gratitude by saying thank you, Azad Karimi, for giving me the opportunity for the interview and for you taking the time out to read the question and answers presented.
