They hit our collective imagination, our emotions at the very primal level...in the belly. The universal language before the tower of Babel happened, biblically speaking. They speak to our collective conscientiousness as humankind.

1- Please present yourself: (Name, education, Civil status and...)

. Ilia Kim, studied piano at the Hochschule der Kūnste Berlin, Accademia Pianistica Internazionale di Imola among others, married.

2-What is your artistic specialize?

. I'm a concert pianist

3- When and how did you become interested in this field of art?

. I always wanted to sing and dance as long as I remember. Every performer starts from there...

4- Who was your motivator?

. Myself

5- What was your parent’s reaction?

. My mother was super motivated and her reaction made my father feel ambiguous about that. I think my mother wanted to do it herself and my father was not very happy about that...

6- When started you such as a professional artist/ musician?

. I won my 1st piano competition at the age of 6 and gave my debut recital at the age of 11. So I always thought to be a musician.

7- Are you thankful and happy because of your activities as a musician?

. Being a performer is something that you just do for yourself if you have that fire inside. It's not something that you choose to do because it would never be enough to motivate you to go on and do your own thing whether you are successful or not. It's more of a drive you have inside...so yes, I'm happy that I can nurture that force and grateful to have a husband who is my n. 1 fan and accepts me just as I am.

8- What do you mean by music culture and music logic??

9- What is music culture? What is music logic?

. What do you mean by music culture and music logic???

10- Why do some songs become immortal?

. They hit our collective imagination, our emotions at the very primal level...in the belly. The universal language before the tower of Babel happened, biblically speaking. They speak to our collective conscientiousness as humankind.

11- How you see the Music, Performing, art and culture in your perspective? I mean your prediction for the future of music!

. That is a very important question as Covid-19 made it perfectly clear. Probably live events as we know now don't make much sense, do they? But it's not where do we perform but how we do it, I believe. The education we receive is as if we were A.I. The teacher says how to do it and expect the students learn correctly the data they received. But Art, especially the performance art is all about emotion. If you are set to think like A.I. you'll never be able to touch people. Emotion is a purely physiological reaction, not the result of an elaboration of our mind like sentiment. A.I. can give you sentiment but not emotion. That means less technical perfection and much more telling the story told by the music you're playing. Performing is all about imagination...

12- Can you become one part of the cultural movement for motivation in youth or new generation in your country and so than?

. Of course you can! You have to. We all benefit from each other...that's how humans operated from the dawn of our existence. The wisdom of the crowd!

13- How can you help our world become a better place to live?

. As ancient Greeks knew so perfectly well..."Kalokagathia" beauty and goodness. It means beauty as force of goodness. Now, it sounds rather grandiose but it's not. Art is supposed to help people live better through beauty but not because it's contemplative but because it's transformative, speaking directly to our conscientiousness. So we make better choices in our daily lives. It trains muscles in our soul so to speak and as result we become stronger and more complete as person. That's how we can become more altruistic and aware of our world and our choices.

14- Have you more word to say or suggest for our readers?

. Music is like parable. It's a story with a moral presented in artistic ways. Its medium is sound instead of words. It's to educate our conscience. We have to believe in it even if it's not true but the science is in the works to prove that it's true.
