My dear friend Jakob is from Poland and an engineer. He is a committed and family-friendly person and takes care of his parents. I respect him for his good behavior and commitment. Jakob is from Poland,a country in Eastern Europe.
An old country with an interesting culture. Their country resisted the enemies and was able to liberate their land from foreigners. I remember thirty-eight years ago, a man named Lech Wałęsa started his struggle against the Polish regime, and we heard his name on the radio and television. I have written about this. At the same time, the Kurdish radio in Baghdad was always on. My father bought a beautiful National model radio and my mother put it on the fridge. My father ate breakfast early every morning and went to work, and my mother listened to Kurdish Radio in Baghdad. Baghdad is the capital of Iraq, but at that time it broadcast programs for the Kurds in Iran and Iraq. Our area was closer to Baghdad, so we listened to Radio Baghdad, but Urmia, Salmas, and the Kurds in Turkey listened to Radio Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. Of course, radio was established in Kermanshah in 1958, but after 1979, this radio was practically lost by the Islamic regime of Iran. Thus, all Kurds in Iran, Iraq, Turkey, and Syria had access to only two radios, Baghdad and Yerevan.
A song was recorded on Radio Yerevan many years ago and quickly became known throughout Kurdistan. It was a song called my homeland, Kurdistan. The song was sung by a teenage girl named Aslika Qader. I have known and loved this song for many years. I put the link of this song here and attach to it the Kurdish and English lyrics that I found in cyberspace. I dedicate this song to the diligent and militant people of Kurdistan and all the patriotic people of the world. May God bless the elites of the world so that they can serve their nation and country.

.My name is Jakub PŁAWECKI. I'm from Poland in Krakow. My civil status is singiel. I graduated from two universities, the Pedagogical University and the University of Economics in Krakow I am a Master of Science in Technology and IT Education and a Master of Accounting and Finance. I have an Accounting Certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Poland
2-What is your artistic speciality?
.I am an IT and technology teacher by profession, but life turned out differently and I became a FMCG corporation (from Accounting to Inventory Controller) As a student, I worked in stores and warehouses.
3- When and how did you become interested in this field?
.I probably inherited accounting and finances from my mother, who is an accountant. At the same time, I became the controller by chance when I was working in the store. However, one day the president of the company said that he was wasted, he also offered me to take care of the company's assets.
4- Who was your motivator?
.I don't think I have anyone like that. I strive for my goal myself, and rather life has taught me that you have to manage on your own without counting on anyone.
5- What was your parent’s reaction?
.It depends what you ask. Rather, my parents have no influence on what I do.
6- When did you become such a professional Engineer?
.As an engineer, I have never worked strictly in a profession where an engineer can meet. As an extramural student, not a day I had to take up a job without higher education, thanks to which I could pay for my studies and get a master's degree in engineering. As I mentioned earlier, as a student I worked in stores and warehouses, then in head offices, mainly in finance and accounting.
7- Are you thankful and happy because of your activities: Accounting and Finance and Logistic in Warehouse as Controller Stock?
.I think so. I am happy with what I have gained in my life and with what I do and how I perform my work perfectly. Unfortunately, in Poland, my knowledge, skills are not appreciated by employers ... even if I do my work for free, I will not hear the word "thank you"
8- What do you think about the culture of financial oversight?
.We are in the European Union. As a member, a country that is part of the EU community, I think very well that some things are shared. The main objective of the ESFS is to ensure that the rules applicable to the financial sector are properly implemented in all Member States in order to preserve financial stability, strengthen confidence and ensure consumer protection. The aim of the ESFS is also to build a common supervisory culture and to support the operation of a single European financial market. The ESFS is a system that combines micro and macro prudential supervision. The main purpose of micro-prudential supervision is to supervise individual financial institutions and reduce their difficulties, which allows them to protect their clients. By preventing the bankruptcy of individual financial institutions, it also seeks to prevent or at least mitigate the risk of a domino effect on other institutions. On the other hand, macroprudential supervision deals with the exposure of the entire financial system to common threats and seeks to reduce difficulties in order to protect the entire economy from significant losses in real product. The global financial crisis has shown that the pre-crisis EU supervisory system put too much emphasis on the supervision of individual financial institutions and too little on the macroprudential aspects. Consequently, a specific body, the ESRB, has been established to be responsible for macroprudential oversight of the EU financial system and the prevention and mitigation of systemic risks. Micro-prudential supervision in the relevant financial services sectors, ie banking, capital markets and insurance, is carried out by EBA, ESMA and EIOPA. On cross-sectoral and horizontal issues, the three micro-prudential supervisors cooperate in the Joint Committee.
9- Can you become one part of the cultural movement for motivation in youth or new generations in your country and so on?
.I think not. In my country, even the Solidarity that was fought for in the 1980s is not there anymore. Today you only need to lean in front of you, you are immediately mixed with mud. My country is ruled by the PIS, according to which I am not a Pole. Who I am ... Even more so, I do not intend to become part of a cultural movement that motivates young people or new generations in my country. Let everyone follow their fate. You have to listen to yourself, not to those around us. Nobody will do anything for us. It is us who must start doing with ourselves, setting an example for others. Then maybe we can do it together.
10- How can you help our world become a better place to live?
.Looking at my country, this is a hard question. There is a lot of talk about ecology. Stop burning coal and switch to renewable sources such as wind, water, sun. As I am a young man, nuclear power plants could be built in Poland. Unfortunately, my society is under-educated and afraid of the Chernobyl story. Recently, while driving through Poland, I was surprised by the sight of the demolition of a wind farm. It made me sad that this is happening in my country. The second thing is water ... or lack of it. We have a fairly warm summer, which causes severe drought and losses on crops. In Poland, it is possible to grant a financial grant to the project of home installations of rainwater tanks. Unfortunately, too much bureaucracy and too much own contribution mean that people in this country do not want to think pro-ecologically, but also because there are low wages and high taxes. Rather, the state belongs to those who do not help citizens, but milk from the money.
11- Have you more words to say or suggest for our readers?
.To be honest ... Poland is a very charming place, it is worth coming as a tourist and visiting, but for a longer time I would rather not recommend it to anyone because of the people and their behavior and the power that is worse than socialism, and which the Poles themselves they have chosen.
