There are many theories of course. The most compelling one I find that music, first of all, served the purpose of finding a mate! You can see the same tactics in nature when you look at certain bird species.

I started painting in 1996 a few weeks after my father passed away. I started with painting on paper. I was working as a civil servant. In 1998 I quit my job and started as a professional painter.
